How long does the assessment take? +
About 20 days from kickoff to final review. Most of that is lab turnaround and integration. Your time commitment is roughly 3 hours total.
Do I need to travel? +
No. Second Prime is virtual-first. Labs are drawn at any LabCorp or Quest near you. Elite tier includes in-person assessment at a partner clinic.
What if I'm already working with a doctor or coach? +
Most of our members are. We coordinate. Your existing providers stay in the loop, and we tie everything to one unified plan and data set.
Can my spouse participate? +
Yes. Spouse assessment is included in the Elite tier. Prime members can add it for an additional fee.
